cant exactly tell what's going on, i mean, there are a lot of props that may be body parts, lots of body paint/blood, etc..
that said, this is very striking and disturbing, i'm just not sure what kind of emotion you were trying to invoke here.. fear? disgust? cause to me it looks like she's just lounging in a place that happens to have dismembered parts on the floor. sorry if that sounds harsh. unless you were trying to make her look indifferent to the gore, which you achieved brilliantly..
maybe try having her interact with the props more?
